10.31 黄河保护法 law on Yellow River conservation

十三届全国人大常委会第三十七次会议 10 月 30 日表决通过黄河保护法。这部法律将从 2023 年 4 月 1 日起施行。

Chinese lawmakers voted on October 30 to adopt a law on the conservation of the Yellow River. The law, passed at the 37th standing committee session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC), will take effect on April 1, 2023.

推进京津冀协同发展、长江经济带发展、长三角一体化发展，推动黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展。高标准、高质量建设雄安新区，推动成渝地区双城经济圈建设。

We will promote coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the development of the Yangtze Economic Belt, the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, and ecological conservation and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin.
